The causal relationship between the digital transformation of the HRM practices and employees’ well-being is examined in the paper. Research methodology – the research methodology involves the Digitalization and its Effectiveness on HRM • Diverse Workforce: The contemporary workforce is diverse and distributed as they join us from different geographical locations having different cultural backgrounds and mindsets. The digitalization and the technological tools are to be designed in such of human resource management, the digitalization of human resource management, the digital transformation of human resource management, and the digital disruption of human resource management. To do so, the article references general literature on digital organizations to develop a terminology and typology of digital human resource management.
